During the vermicomposting process, the redworms continually tunnel in and feed on your food scraps, all the while aerating the bin.

Eisenia fetida redworms grow to an average of 4 inches maximum length. The worms are packed in breathable bags with Canadian peat moss. You'll see that the actual shipping weight is more than the selected poundage for worms due to the peat moss.
